Privacy notice.

This notice explains what personal data Shri Ballaaji Pest Control collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect:

The service you need, your property type and approximate size, and any details you choose to add.
Your locality and, optionally, your PIN code and preferred visit time.
Your name and mobile number, and optionally your email address.
Whether you want WhatsApp updates about your request.

Technical information

To stop spam and abuse, a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address is kept briefly to limit repeated submissions.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs a privacy-preserving check that you are not an automated bot.
If we enable analytics, it is cookieless and records only aggregate, non-personal information such as page visits and button clicks. We never send your name, number, address or messages to analytics.

Why we use it

We only send WhatsApp updates if you ask for them, and we do not send marketing messages without your separate consent.

To respond to your request, confirm the price and arrange a visit.
To carry out and follow up on the service you agree to.
To keep records we need for accounting and legal reasons.
To protect the website from abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run this website and our systems (website hosting and security, our database, and email delivery). They process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a service are deleted after a fixed period. Records of completed work are kept for as long as accounting and legal requirements need. We will publish the exact periods here.

Your rights

Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
Withdraw consent and ask us to erase your data, where we are not required to keep it.
Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
