(01)Signs
How to spot termites early.
Termites quietly eat wood, paper and furniture from the inside. We trace where they are getting in, treat the source and the soil around it, and explain the coverage terms before any work begins.
- 1
Mud tubes
Pencil-thin mud tunnels running up walls, door frames or along skirting.
- 2
Hollow-sounding wood
Door frames or furniture that sound hollow or crumble when pressed.
- 3
Swarmers after rain
Winged insects or piles of shed wings near windows and lights after the first monsoon showers.
- 4
Bubbling paint
Blistered paint, sagging surfaces or damaged books and papers stored near walls.
(02)Where they hide
Where termites get in.
Switch between an existing home and a building under construction, then tap a hotspot.

(03)Method
How we treat termites.
- 01
Inspect
We check moisture, entry points, mud tubes and damaged wood to understand how far termites have spread.
- 02
Plan
You get a written treatment plan with the area covered, the method and the coverage terms.
- 03
Treat
Existing buildings: drill along the wall–floor junction, inject termiticide and seal. New buildings: soil treatment at each construction stage.
- 04
Follow up
Periodic checks, as set out in your coverage terms, to confirm the barrier is holding.
Treatment options
Post-construction (drill-fill-seal)
Small holes along the wall–floor junction are filled with termiticide and sealed to form a barrier.

(06)Questions
Common questions.
Why are there winged insects in my home after the rain?
These are termite swarmers looking to start new colonies. Seeing them indoors often means a colony is nearby, so it is worth booking an inspection.
Will drilling damage my flooring?
Treatment uses small holes along the wall–floor junction that are sealed afterwards. The technician will discuss marble, tiles and other finishes with you before drilling.
Do you offer a warranty?
Coverage terms depend on the type of treatment. We explain them in writing before any work begins.
Can you treat a building under construction?
Yes. Pre-construction treatment is carried out at set stages, from foundation trenches to the plinth and floor. Contact us before excavation starts.
